As Building Owner it is a legal requirement that you maintain and make available Health and Safety information about the property to anyone undertaking future works or maintenance.
Our experienced team of Principal Designers will provide a Health and Safety File that will reflect the design and construction and identify residual risks that require to be addressed during future maintenance.
